Condo is located on 2nd floor of building, next elevator. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be a $250 fee if it's discovered that our condo or balcony has been smoke in or on. All tenants must be 25 years or older unless you are with a parent. Anyone under the age of 25 can and will be escorted off the premises with no refund.
