The ranger was quite helpful, and the ranger station has several interesting and informative displays. Believe the trail map when it tells you that the trail to Rainbow Falls is strenuous. I6338PHjims的完整评论

Time for some exercise. It's a medium challenging walk in the woods. Up, across and down and plenty of it. Rainbow Falls is at the end beautiful. There's another waterfall just a short, easy walk fur… Bill E的完整评论

It’s listed as a strenuous hike on the information at the visitors center. Probably more like moderate. It’s about 2 miles to the falls and then two miles back. I’m not a hiker and was able to do it though I was tired and sweaty by the time I got to the falls. Well worth it. Cooled off at the falls and better on the way out. Significant inclines and even some stairs at times made for some heavy breathing but these were intermittent so doable. Lots of flat areas too. Two areas of crossing shallow water by stepping across rocks.
