I am not certain, but I find it hard to imagine that a sculpture museum would allow pets. I've never seen any signage indicating that they allow pets.

Is it only the inside exhibits that close at 5:00 pm?

I do think everything closes but there are special events in the evening. During the summer months there are many more outside events at night.
