Hi I cannot verify that a monk was levitating ! But in saying that there are always surprises in Thailand. I have been there probably 20 times over the years and now sponsor some children to further education. Apart from that the Elephant muster is amongst Ye best festivals I have seen and rivals the Tooth festival in Kandy in Sri Lanka! I would recommend it !

The Elephant Breakfast is on Prasat Way, which is a narrow street near the city center. The elephants, mahouts, marching teams and musical bands parade through the city gates and down Prasat Way, where long trestle tables are set up with all the goodies that elephants like to eat. According to the official website the elephant breakfast was this morning, so unless you found that out for yourself I think you might have missed it.
