Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is slated to open in Kissimmee, Florida in 2026 through a partnership with Lion Star Hospitality Inc., Everest Place and Paramount, the trio announced Thursday.

Details about a new Orlando-area resort with a colorful theme were released this week. Paramount shared new renderings of the Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts at the Everest Place development.
