澳门世界杯赛共有48个参赛名额。预选赛于今年2月份开始举行，全球五大洲先分别举行洲级杯比赛，各洲四强选手、共20名球员将获得世界杯参赛资格。其余28个名额将通过世界排名的位置确定。这意味着，未参加大洲杯赛事，也没有世界排名的球员，无法获得世界杯参赛资格。
