I wish Cadbury would emulate European chocolate companies and include more cocoa in their so-called 'chocolate' confectionary. What Cadbury's seems to have done to their new 40g egg rather surreptitiosly is downsize the egg by making the contents more densely packed with fluid, rather than making the filling lighter and creamier.

2021年2月3日 · The creme ones are far too sweet for me, but the caramel ones are good. Prefer the small ones tho so it's not a lot all at once. The Cadbury chocolate eggs however, oh man I could eat so fucking many of those things they ate so good.

It does, but still, the Creme Egg innards today vs. yesteryear are night and day. You might still get that translucent liquid sugar runoff outside the chocolate shell, but it's still a pasty clump inside. Watch the classic commercial and that is how I remember it. Try one today and you will not get a creamy ooze that pulls apart like that at all.

2018年1月18日 · If you think Cadbury Eggs are too sickly sweet, never try a Laura Secord Fondant Egg. That beast is 150g, versus the 34g of the regular Cadbury Egg. ie.: nearly 5x "worse" (or better...), and much higher "fondant to chocolate" ratio.

2023年3月6日 · Have to agree with you on that. I’d rather suck an actual egg out of a chicken’s butt than eat a Crème Egg. BUT before you make your mind up completely give Irish made Cadbury products a try. They’re noticeably different and nicer than in the UK. Can’t recommend a Whole Nut bar enough.
