I also do a lot with minor dirt work, augers, fencing, etc. I’d call my skid steer needs: >50% forestry. Do too many other things to need a dedicated machine. Will run Vail mulcher which is amazing.

2016年8月11日 · The dealership I work for does a lot of forestry mulching packages on track loaders and excavators. I recommend either a Fecon or Denis Cimaf mulching head. Both are great products and priced about the same. Support is great as well. Also, I would look at some other machines besides a Terex.

But Boy Oh Boy some days you wonder why you got outa bed. Ive smashed bearings and bearing housings, bent rotors (2), had hydraulic pump fail at less than 1900 hours.

2018年8月26日 · Good point. I ballparked 12.8k running 34hrs a week, 8 months of the year. That was mostly a wag although about 6k of that is likely teeth alone. The remaining 6k would be for all other PM, repairs, and tracks fund. Seems a little light?
