From what I understand the mic is built into the part that goes on your ear, not sure if it might be that sound somehow leaking into the microphone. Any help is greatly appreciated. EDIT: I have every audio output/input disabled except for the Headphones and the Microphone on them.

2021年4月19日 · Hey all, I recently purchased a Steelseries arctis 1 and have been having issues with the sound coming through the mic. When on discord my friends can hear the YouTube videos or themselves echoing through the mic. I have disabled Stereo Mix and tried various things but it still seems to echo through. Any help would be massively appreciated!

2014年9月9日 · Friends noted my Mic volume was low, this was fixed by seperating the mic devices on the Realtek interface when I updated it. After changes: There is a Buzzing / Electric sound coming across the mic input with any Mic I've tried so far; the Antlion Modmic, the Zalman Z1-Mic, and the original Turtle Beach x12s. 2021年1月13日 · Got a Logitech H151 headset for it, and hearing sound through the headset works smoothly (e.g. hearing a YouTube video). The headset mic, though, does not pick up anything when plugged in to the PC, and there's no setting I can find that works to get it to send/record sound. If I play back a voice recording, all I get is silence.

2020年11月20日 · If they hear you talking while mic is muted, unplug the mic wire from PC. If they don't hear your voice, but instead the system sounds (e.g video only), then you'll need to look over the Sound Input settings. Settings -> Sound -> Input (change the input device globally)

2014年8月1日 · Right now im using onboard sound. I have a siberia v2, the mic is pretty good, I've followed a few tutorials to make the most out of onboard sound for my mic, like using recording volume at 15 and mic boost at 30+ seems to do the job. However, Are there any sound cards out there that both improve sound and improve microphone quality? Thanks

2019年1月4日 · Hey i had the same problem after factory resetting my windows 10. The default mic bit rate is 8000 Hz (Cellphone quality) so what your gonna want to do is go right click the volume button in the bottom right, go to sounds, Recordings, right click on the mic your using, go to properties/ Advanced and turn the bit rate from 8000 all the way up to 48000.
