2024年8月28日 · The commandment is -10%. The Guild foundries (either side) gives -30% recruitment. So you can get free recruitment if you got at least to t2 in all 3 settlements. His capital has a special building for -30% cost, but longbeards only. It got a single goldmine so it hits at t5 1440 gold (240 settlement, 600 gold, 600 tools) before boosts by itself.

2024年6月26日 · For Elspeth herself I just threw her at least 5 Ametheyst landships with 2-3 warrior priests, an engineer, a life wizard, a celestial wizard (mostly for passive movement range and to equip winds of magic followers). Possibly a empire captain but any more seemed like overkill as that should easily beat 2-3 stacks of most end game crisis AI.

Only way to counter that is with massive anti-player bias, which will make the AI declare war on you before you can ambush. As for ruins, they won't go settle them unless they are safe at home.
