2019年10月1日 · Sorry not that I'm aware of but this is the Google Maps forum, not the Microsoft forum. As I said I asked a colleague of mine and they are able to use the 3D mode on their computer using Edge and IE. It possible a hardware configuration is causing the issue but again this is outside of the support offered by this forum.
