SE means that your touch control panel is shorting out. Now if you think there may be too much steam from the cooktop below that may have got into the touchpad, unplug the microwave for 24 hours and let it dry out and try again.

I have a Samsung microwave (Modelsmh9187st), the display shows (5E) it will not work, i have unplug the microwave and Robert 16+ years of in home appliance repair knowledge.
