It's been a busy season for the Norfolk State University marching band! Just weeks after a nationally-televised appearance in the Rose Parade, the Spartans have been invited to the #HBCU All-Star Battle of the Bands in Atlanta. The show starts at 3 p.m. tomorrow, featuring the best HBCU bands in the country.
